Sherri was born and raised in Los Angeles. She attended California State University Long Beach where she received BS Degrees in both Physical Education and Physical Therapy (1980). She immediately pursued her career as a physical therapist in an acute care hospital. She was recognized for not only her healthcare skills, but also her management and leadership talents.
