OUR Vergel Escueta joined Intergro Rehab Services in April 1990-, as a Rehab Aide. Vergel earned a BSC degree majoring in Management, in 1979 while living in the Philippines. He worked in many of our facilities in the Orange, LA and Riverside area.
In November of 1998, he was promoted to Staffing Coordinator, and moved into our Corporate office. He has continued to do a tremendous job of managing staffing, therapists, per diem assignments, and constantly changing schedules. It is obvious Vergel loves what he does, because he is pretty much committed to his role 24/7!
In September 2008, Vergel was given additional responsibilities, and now takes ownership for distribution of communications, managing supplies, staffing, iStaffing, as well as Registry relationships, and their billing.
Vergel is married to his wife Nanette, and has two teenagers, son Javin, 17, and daughter Toni, 16.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies with his wife, driving around town, and visiting our local casinos. He also enjoys going to his “Coffee Bean” and strolling around with his wife.
If he were to win the lottery, he would share his winnings with his friends and family, and still continue to work for Intergro.
His energy is tireless, attitude up-beat, and a really nice person to be around. His loyalty and integrity are immeasurable.
